My Review:

*I received a copy of this book via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. Thanks to Pan Macmillan and NetGalley*

2.5/5 stars

When Triss wakes up after an accident with some of her memories missing she knows something is wrong.
She also has a ravenous hunger and her parents are conspiring behind her back.
Triss soon finds herself in the strange world of the Besiders.

This is a very imaginative and creative book. If I had read it during my childhood I can easily see it becoming one of my favourite books.
The storyline was unique and I liked the ending.
The characters were likeable and realistic - I especially liked and felt for Violet.
The story did seem to drag in some places.

Overall while I did mostly enjoy this it didn't grip me and dragged in places.
